In today’s world to thrive and survive organisations must modify, adapt and innovate through regular change initiatives, with minimum disruption and maximum gain. Research suggests that projects involving effective change management are 7 times more likely to achieve the outcomes set and almost 5 times more likely to stay on target and plan. Projects often fail in delivering anticipated benefits because organisations install new systems, processes or practices, but fail to implement the change fully – people are not sufficiently equipped for or committed to, the new ways of working to sustain them. This demonstrates an obvious need for professionals to supplement traditional project and business management skills with skills in change leadership.

Course Information
Prior to being accepted for this course:
- You must be employed by a client of AISIT, for whom this course will be delivered as part of your professional development.
- You must be over 18 years of age.
4 half-day sessions delivered over 2 days.
Online webinars, supporting learners with lecture and tutorial experiences.
Non-Accredited Training
Upon the successful completion of all learning activities, AISIT will issue a Certificate of Completion.
