AISIT (The Australian Institute for Security and Investigation Training) is an Australian registered training organisation (RTO 41535) with the Australian Skills Quality Authority. AISIT specialises in contextualised training for those in regulatory and compliance roles, offering a range of accredited and non-accredited training courses and services. We provide training and support services nationwide to Commonwealth and State based agencies, Local Government, business and not for profits.
AISIT’s top courses, LGA40120 Certificate IV in Local Government (Regulatory Control) and PSP40416 Certificate IV Government Investigations, have been undertaken by hundreds of students around Australia.
AISIT is the Authorised Reseller of The Mandt System™ in Australia and the region providing training in healthy workplace relationships, crisis prevention and de-escalation supporting organisations in reducing use of restrictive practices. Established in 1975, The Mandt™ System has become a renowned international evidence based, research informed, learning program helping individuals and organisations build healthy workplace relationships through the development of skills supporting crisis prevention and de-escalation in the workplace.

Mick has extensive knowledge and experience in advanced-level investigations within the NSW Police Force. Mick has been involved in the planning, conduct, management, and review of numerous investigations, and police operations as well as the development and delivery of specialist training to the NSW Police.

Lynette is an AISIT trainer with extensive experience in undertaking complex and sensitive investigations into potential noncompliance and contraventions of legislation by organisations and individuals involving alleged misconduct/criminal/corrupt conduct.

Specialisation – Local Government compliance & regulation and corporate risk
Peter is a former NSW Police Officer and specialist investigator with NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA), and a senior manager involved in enforcement of environmental standards and building regulation.

Michael (Mick) has substantial experience in local government, education and with the NSW Police. Michael has extensive experience in developing and delivering accredited and non- accredited training in regulatory control and compliance.
